The hotel was terrific. The staff helped me right away to book Excursions for my mother and me to Sintra and Fatima. They also were able to have our room ready before 15:00 and allowed us to check out by 13:00 instead of 12:00. The breakfast was excellent every morning, and the staff was very friendly and welcoming. The room was clean and comfortable. The ATM and metro were in front of the hotel. The hop on and off was within five minutes ' walking distance from the hotel. There was no noise during the night. We had a good night's sleep. The airport was about 15 minutes away by taxi, which was 25 euros.

The good : Room was very nice and clean. Good aircon and nice view from 4th floor. Two convenient lifts in the hotel. Nice bar and nice breakfast. Ms. Vania was very helpful and very kind. Front desk staff were helpful.

All was just amazing, the location, the romantic package room,the breakfast,the staffs, especially all of them at the reception, a special thanks to Ana,she is just amazing, she is so helpful. The metro and bus station is next to the hotel. I highly recomand this hotel.

I was offered a complimentary room upgrade, which was a very pleasant surprise. Additionally, the hotel provided free parking for a few hours, which was a thoughtful gesture. Overall, the reception staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful.

The breakfast was great! The location was near the metro and bus line. There were plenty of restaurants and cafes as well as grocery stores to buy personal needs and little snacks.

We had a great time at the America Diamonds Hotel. Location is decent. Outside your doorstep is the metro which takes you into the main attractions and busy areas very easily. Taxis also were cheap (using the Bolt app). Breakfast was lovely and had a good selection of fruit and pastries. Room was lovely with a nice view outside and was cleaned regularly. I had previously communicated with the hotel about surprising my boyfriend for his birthday. The staff were so lovely and handled everything with ease and grace! He was delighted with the surprise with some bubbles and cake! I asked for later check out which was provided with an extra cost but was still cheaper than expected. Would use this hotel again! Very good value for your money.

We stayed 7 nights at family room. There were 2 rooms and they are big enough. The rooms and hotel is very clean. We like the radios in the rooms, it is good idea. The breakfast is not perfect but good. Location is perfect. The hotel is close to 3 metro stations of the 3 different lines. From air port to hotel you can use red line metro and get off at Saldanha station, it is just 5 minutes walking distance to the hotel.

Silmar, Debora and the young lady who checked us out ( sorry didn't get her name ) puts the sparkle in the Diamond of the America Diamond also the breakfast staff were very friendly and efficient especially the tall gentleman in the restaurant who was really on the ball he was going at the speed of light to keep the restaurant operating smoothly. Great choice of TV channels in the room ( 108 I think ) along with loads of radio channels also a separate radio in the room so as not to have the TV on if you only want to listen to the radio. A big shout also goes out to our chamber person who did an excellent job in maintaining our room during our entire stay. Great choice of food for breakfast ( no way you'll starve to death ) Metro right outside the hotel door. Eduardo VII park a 5 minute walk also it's only a 2kms apx walk to the heart of Lisbon, however if you don't fancy walking there is a bus right outside the hotel to take you there.

They went above and beyond to make my stay much better than I had anticipated. As a frequent traveler who has stayed in numerous hotels, I have encountered many hotel staff, but Katia and her team truly stood out! Their professionalism, warmth, and attentiveness made all the difference during my visit. I cannot thank them enough for their outstanding service, and I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a memorable stay in Lisbon center.

Hotel just outside a metro stop on the yellow line. Easy from airport too, by metro (red line). Very friendly staff, caring, always there to help with anything. Good breakfast for a great start of the day, with both salty (cheese, eggs, ham) and sweet choices(bread, cakes, even pasteis de nata) + fresh fruit and good cappuccino. Super clean rooms.
